About the role:
As a Software Development Engineer - 2 DevOps, you'll contribute to building infrastructure. This high-impact role requires a strong collaborator to work with product, design, and engineering teams, building next-generation products and core platform experiences end-to-end.
What you'll be expected to do:
As a DevOps Engineer, you will work on creating, managing, and enhancing the complete end-to-end CI/CD pipeline. You will also manage all the infra not limited to production but dev, test, staging, UAT, etc.
You’ll be a good fit if:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
2-6 years of experience in devops development.
Hands-on on Kubernetes, AWS EKS, Ingress, Service Mesh, Helm, and API Gateway.
Experience in Infra provisioning automation using tools like Terraform.
Experience with managing and automation cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP ) using Terraform/ Ansible, etc.
Able to easily write bash scripts and python scripts.
Working knowledge of databases and SQL.
Infrastructure management experience on tools like AWS Aurora, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, Redis, Aerospike, Kafka, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
Passion for designing and deploying high performance, highly scalable distributed systems with extensive monitoring and logging practices.
Passion for driving continual improvement initiatives on engineering standard methodologies like testing or monitoring.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write detailed technical documents.
Cross-collaborating with multiple teams to drive impact.
Ability to decompose complex problems into clean, extensible, performant services and systems.
